Even though Jim’s main focus is covering Maple Grove, Plymouth and Minnetonka, he diligently serves the entire Twin Cities Metro area. As an agent, Jim has sold well over 125 homes himself!
Here’s a little ice breaker to get to know Jim: He’s a native Minnesotan and grew up in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities. He has raised three boys who are now grown and making their own way and is excited to welcome the grandchildren!
He spent the first 25 years of his career in sales and marketing helping people in the business world and negotiating deals regularly - many were multimillion dollars. Now he brings that expertise to you as a realtor. He’s been in the real estate business over 12 years - 8 as an agent. Sarah has been in the Real Estate world for over 10 years. Her first foray into Real Estate was working for a relocation company. Eventually she made the switch to becoming a full time agent and has never looked back. Her customer service skills are second to none! She’s very thorough, has strong attention to detail, and is especially fond of working with buyers and finding the right fit.
